You will continue to have access to any historical threads or data that have already been tracked for these channels. ## Disconnecting channels To remove additional channels that are not deleted or archived, you can manually disconnect channels. | # | Instructions | | - | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | 1 | Go to [Channels](https://app.withchanneled.com/channels) | | 2 | For individual updates, find your selected customer record and select the `Disconnect` icon directly. | | 3 | For bulk updates, select or filter for your selected records; select `Options` and click the `Disconnect channels` button. |
