Default settings

Channeled will automatically disconnect channels and stop monitoring activity in channels that are deleted or archived through Slack. You will continue to have access to any historical threads or data that have already been tracked for these channels.

Disconnecting channels

To remove additional channels that are not deleted or archived, you can manually disconnect channels.

1Go to Channels
2For individual updates, find your selected customer record and select the Disconnect icon directly.
3For bulk updates, select or filter for your selected records; select Options and click the Disconnect channels button.
