Connecting Channels

#	Instructions
1	Go to Channels.
2	Select `Add channels` in the upper righthand corner of the page.
3	Select `Add Microsoft Teams channels`. You’ll see this option if you’ve correctly authenticated the workspace through the authentication steps above.
4	Select the channels from Microsoft Teams to connect.
5	For each channel, map the Microsoft Teams channel to a corresponding Slack channel. If you don’t already have a corresponding Slack channel created, you can create one in the same flow by starting to type the name of the channel to create.
6	Connect your selected channels. Channeled may prompt you to take additional steps in Microsoft Teams if your Teams organization needs extra permissions.

Syncing from Microsoft Teams to other helpdesks

Syncing activity

By default, when Microsoft Teams channels are connected and mapped to Slack, subsequent threads from these channels follow the same logic for syncing to helpdesks that standard Slack channels in Channeled have.

For instance, if you have automated syncing turned on from Slack to Intercom, connected Microsoft Teams channel threads will also automatically sync from Microsoft Teams to Intercom.
